Newsletter Module

Newsletter Module
Newsletter Entry screen.
This is an example of the newsletter entry screen.

The newsletter module uses all the same functionality as the blog system, except it's stored differently so the systems do not overlap. Most customers use this module to publish and archive their monthly newsletters.

Basic blog features are here as well as a few GlitterPaw-ized features link the Internal Link Building drop down list.

The newsletter module includes it's own image storage directory where the image names are stores as the original file names you uploaded, or you can change the image names using the Image Upload Renaming SEO feature.

Any snap-ins are available in your article entries, as well as the option to pull the product databases in if you want to talk about set of items.

At the bottom of each newsletter entry page is a way to control the auto responder on a per article basis.

This allows you to set specific thank you messages that the user sees after posting a comment, as well as the thank you email they receive.

ROI registration codes are available for those that sneak "promo codes" within the body of the article.

Lastly, you can set your SEO values for each blog at way at the bottom of the entry screen.

Customer Mesaging Feature

Newsletter Module
This is the 'Grab Code' Screen.

As part of long value SEO you should be archiving your monthly newsletters to your website, so, naturally, GlitterPaw Software steps up to the plate to make the process easy.

If you build your newsletter within GlitterPaw's Newsletter Module you can immediately archive it on your site, and generate the HTML and Text codes you need to paste int your email program.

Built in, GlitterPaw can generate the HTML code that works with GoDaddy's Express Email Marketing system.

The screen shot to the left shows the 2 windows where you would grab the HTML code (top) and the plane text (bottom) to paste into Express Email Marketing.
Newsletter Module
Pasting the code into GoDaddy's Express Email Marketing.
The screen grab to the left shows what GoDaddy's system looks like when you paste in the HTML code from GlitterPaw.

Assuming you've standardized your newsletter format, a trained employee should be able to paste a newsletter into GlitterPaw, copy the generated code into GoDaddy, then schedule the email and 6 Tweets within 15 or 20 minutes.

Contact your WebDNA programmer to make this system work with Constant COntact, iCOntact, Aweber, etc.
